Sherry also a graduate of West Greene High School and the University of Tennessee, has spent more than two decades as a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating multiple small businesses throughout the country. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service, strong business relationships, and creating positive experiences for the people she serves. Passionate about supporting local economic growth, Sherry believes that small businesses play a vital role in building strong communities. Her commitment to community involvement, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence are reflected in every aspect of the business. She takes great pride in serving local families and helping create a welcoming environment where both pets and their owners feel valued, supported, and cared for.
Ashton Helton
Ashton, our manager, is a proud West Greene High School graduate who brings energy, dedication, and a genuine love for animals to our team every day. Having grown up in the community, Ashton understands the importance of building strong relationships with local families and treating every pet as a valued member of the family. Ashton takes pride in creating a positive environment for both pets and staff, focusing on personalized attention, daily engagement, and the highest standards of safety and well-being. Her passion for animal care, combined with her strong work ethic and dedication to customer service, makes her an integral part of our team and our mission to provide outstanding care for every pet that walks through our doors.
Jason Helton
Jason is a graduate of West Greene High School and the University of Tennessee who dedicated 20 years to serving our country in the U.S. Air Force. Throughout his military career, he developed exceptional leadership, operational management, problem-solving, and team-building skills while working in high-responsibility environments where safety, accountability, and attention to detail were paramount. These experiences continue to shape the way we operate our business today, bringing a strong commitment to excellence, reliability, and service to every aspect of pet care.
Jim Helton
Jim is an Army veteran and local business owner in Greeneville. Jim has gained extensive experience in managing operations, solving complex challenges, and building teams focused on achieving excellence. He understands the importance of hard work, consistency, and maintaining high standards in every aspect of a business. His practical approach, commitment to quality, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances have been key factors in his long-term success.
